Infrastructure Assets

COBHAM CAPITAL specializes in developing, owing and operating infrastructure assets worldwide. We firmly believe that the development and ownership of sound large scale projects in various strategic locations such as deep water ports is the mechanism to improve social and economic conditions in emerging market and developed countries.
We have invested, worked on, developed and owned grain terminals, flour mills, oil terminals, and metals processing facilities worldwide. Our latest project is an Electric Vehicle Battery Metal Refining and Recycling Infrastructure development in the United States.
We focus on large scale infrastructure projects such as port facilities for grain imports and exports, oil and gas terminals, liquefied natural gas plants, flour mills, metal refining and processing, and other privatized infrastructure projects. Additionally, we have partnered with emerging market private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, international banks, multilateral agencies, and strategic investors to structure investments and financing in infrastructure projects.
